New Olark (app.olark.com) will be undergoing maintenance on September 26 at 8pm Eastern/5pm Pacific.

We expect this work to take about 30 minutes. We recommend that agents log out of app.olark.com during this 30 minute window as agents will lose connection to chat. We'll update here when the work is complete and agents can log back in.
