Between 10:00 and 11:00pm EDT Olark service will be interrupted as we perform server maintenance.
The Olark chat box will be intermittently unavailable until maintenance is complete and operators
will have trouble connecting during this time. Once maintenance is complete operators
will be able to log in and the chat box will be available again.
