Between 8pm and 10pm CST we will be power cycling two of our Olark chat console servers. This means that a small portion of operators connected to the Olark chat console at https://chat.olark.com will see a message that they are reconnecting, which may interrupt ongoing conversations. Once the maintenance is complete, operators can refresh the Olark chat console at https://chat.olark.com and chat again as normal.
