Between 10:30pm and 12:30am EDT we will be applying an internal update to our Olark chat console servers. Operators connected to the Olark chat console at https://chat.olark.com will see a message that they are reconnecting, which may interrupt ongoing conversations. If a reconnect does not automatically occur, try refreshing your page to manually reconnect. Once the maintenance is complete, operators can refresh the Olark chat console and chat again as normal.
