We're deploying an updated backend chat infrastructure on Tuesday evening from 9-10pm Eastern, 6-7pm Pacific.

What will happen?
Operators may be disconnected occasionally over the course of the maintenance window. Olark will attempt to reconnect operators automatically, though this may happen multiple times. You may wish to set operator status to away during this period.

How will I know when it is resolved?
